Registering Functional Accounts Manually
- While logged into the user interface, navigate to the Users & Groups > click on Functional Accounts tab.
- Click on Add a Functional Account button.
- Enter the Name.
- Enter the Email address.
- Select the Account type (Security Group/Distribution Group)
- Click Save.
Note: Functional accounts can also be added automatically through our Active Directory Sync option.
